«Ýüpek ýoly» («Silk Way») cottage estate of the Ministry of foreign affairs of Turkmenistan, is situated on the shores of the Caspian Sea in the National tourist zone «Avaza», - unique resort complex of international level having all necessary conveniences for a comfortable and proper rest, with all opportunities for organization of various events and arrangements, work sessions and business meetings. Four hectares area of the hotel complex includes: 10 two-storey cottages of two types that admit 40 double rooms and 20 quadruple rooms, intended for reception of the 160 persons at once.

Guests have all necessary amenities at their disposal for good rest and active recreation. There are outdoor and indoor pools for children and grownups, football and volleyball courts, day spa salon equipped with all necessary hardware, Turkish bath (hammam), Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi, fitness-hall, massage room and cosmetic cabins, billiards, bowling, game playing machines, barbershop and medical room.

Hotel complex «Ýüpek ýoly» has bars and canteen meant for servicing 130 persons at once, where the tenants may enjoy Turkmen national dishes and they can taste the cuisines of different countries, including desserts and beverages.
